When we encounter a biblical allusion, I like to leave it to students to explain, and if a student can't explain it, I like to pull the passage up on the computer and have us read it together and then let the discussion take its natural course. <br /><br />I am really grateful for all I learned about bible history and stories in my youth; that knowledge has served me well.
